    1st!
    Laundry is done, almost a mile walk there, hotter walk coming back. 10€ wash, 8€ dry. She let us use her detergent, she’s a drop off laundry business really. Only took about 1 hour- not bad at all. Went in a little grocery store while waiting, they were butchering some smaller thing right there in sight, maybe veal? Pretty cool to see really, a real meat counter (didn’t take a pic, sorry)
    Water, sodas, beer, so much cheaper. And- a huge Snickers at the checkout- not even 2€? What the hell America? A Snickers is way more at a Kroger checkout.

    Wordle in 6 – too many words with the letters I had right.

    Now to repack & head to Trogir.
    Franklin said we can drop luggage at the boat anytime- just be back to the boat around 1pm.

    Wordle in 6 and I had to cheat.

    At the horse show- Debbie is already shopping! SUPRISE not.

    The driver was somehow confused the we were at Burghly and wanted to go to the hotel. Huh? Might be a long day of standing around.

    Sitting outside at the hotel waiting on uber, music is American music, we’ve had Elvis & now Dolly Parton. Many places have had a Muzak version of many classic 80s types of music

    It’s Friday and again it’s been A WEEK. Luckily we close at 2:00 today ahead of the Labor Day holiday so Kevin and I are going day drinking at Moe’s & Joe’s and then going home to order in and watch baseball. I am looking forward to the 3 day weekend.

    Finn is very excited about Dragon Con tomorrow but this year the nanny is taking him, thank god. Those of you who aren’t in Europe should be sure to avoid downtown at all costs this weekend.

    Met a really good friend of Sara Lokey ‘s on this trip, (her name is Laura) she did BRAG bs k in the day, but not recently. We sent Sara a pic of Kerry, me & her. (That’s probably not proper english- but I’m too lazy to be sure)
    We are out to sea, about 4 hours to the island of Vis.
    We have a swim break at 6 (25 more minutes) & dinner at 7:30.
    I’ve never really done much on a boat on the sea, this will be interesting to see how I feel motion sickness wise. The sea isn’t calm….. but not horrible

    I ordered Piece of Cake for everyone on the floor, and missed one person because she was hiding behind her monitor and I thought she was out. Oops. I gave her mine.

      Oops! I’m sure she appreciated the explaination.

      So our pickup from the event was not the same driver who dropped us off. They don’t have a designated area for such stuff, so basically, he rolled in and called us and tried to describe where he was. We finally found him in his 7 passenger Toyota PRIUS! We will have 8 tomorrow- this is going to get interesting.
