Unfortunately I may have picked up a bit of a repetitive stress injury doing BRAG. For the past couple of days it feels as if I have an issue near my right Achilles tendon. I will wear my ankle brace and rest it as best as possible this week and see how it goes.
Wee Little Farm at Urban Farm Ormewood has been launched! Yesterday morning I drove over to the Wylde Center Plant Market to buy plants. Unfortunately they didn’t have any pepper plants, so I left with two tomato plants because they were 50% off. From there I went to Lowe’s to buy four pepper plants. The tomato plants and three of the pepper plants were taken over to WLF@UFO and planted into my raised bed. I have enough space remaining in my raised bed to plant some bush beans soon.
For dinner last night I made a hamburger served over potatoes and lettuce, both of which were grown in WLF.
Today I am doing more farming cosplay, this time attending a workshop about irrigation, in a faraway place called “Roswell”, which probably receives inches of rain at a time. Water management, especially when it refuses to fall from the sky, is huge so I’m spending $10 to learn more about it.

Not a great night in camp. Apparently Essex Junction is a big railroad spot and it seemed trains were running all night
So crazy story- i leave camp for a Walmart run and get back and a guy has set his tent close to mine. We start chatting and I tell him the story of how the guy last year gave me his leaky tent and IT WaS HIM! He got my email last week to those folks I met last year but never responded. There arent 40tents set up on this 20 acre site and he sets up next to me. Stalker!

It poured in Candler Park yesterday and this morning around 7:00. Lots of rain!
In the parking lot in Roswell I sat in more rain in five minutes than what has fallen on WLF in over a week.
I found who is hoarding the rain. As I pulled into the parking lot in Roswell it began to pour. The rich keep getting richer…
If I hadn’t missed a turn because Google Maps didn’t give me a heads up, I could have gotten my rain gear out of the trunk before the skies opened.
It’s raining RAIN up here in the burbs!! We got so much rain that we needed a river to carry it all!! 🙂
Quiet evening, we went for sushi as usual, then home (through the rain!) to watch the Sox lose.
Why is there always one person in a classroom who thinks that the class is their personal one on one by interrupting and asking questions constantly?

Lunch break and they purchased Jamaican food! I had jerk pork with rice, vegetables, and plantain. That shit was good!
