Hello from the armpit, or perhaps the taint, of the country. Regardless, it’s Florida. The traffic in the Orlando area is almost as shitty as it is in the Atlanta area. Combine that with the construction I witnessed along the way, and all I want to do is move to the middle of nowhere and die in peace.
Wordle: ???, my starter will be COUPE. I haven’t had the opportunity to Wordle yet. I will comment later with my result.
For those keeping track at home, SQUAD was the second Wordle repeated solution. Don’t fret, I won’t mention these occurrences each time.
First!
My cat jumped up on me and whined at 5:30 this morning and I never got back to sleep so I was in the office by 7:30. We stayed in last night in order to watch UNC lose miserably to NC State in basketball. Then we watched a couple of episodes of Nobody Wants This, which is pretty funny.
Nobody Wants This is a cute show – I do like the sister.

another uneventful day – went to late lunch so we snacked for dinner.
Went for a walk around the neighborhood – saw a friend outside as we walked past, had a good discussion about campers (he was getting his ready for a trip) & finally saw the inside of theirs. (its a 5th wheel, and super nice – its a good retirement one)
Wordle in 2! Had both the first and last letter with my first word (not a normal starter for me).
The fridge door alarm isn’t making noise anymore. Adjusting the door did nothing. Accessed the circuit board and did surgery and REMOVED the noisemaker! Say what again!! Plumbing seems to be holding pressure without leaks. Will install the toilet today and cross my fingers.
25 mostly road miles yesterday. One idiot on our busy road into town passed me, only to move towards the fog line and set up for a left turn. All within 50 yards. F’er. I must say that’s pretty rare.
New horses’ name is officially Cyrus.
