   I had to pull out my driving gloves this morning or my hand would’ve stuck to the gearshift. Thank the sweet merciful sunflower for seatwarmers.

   I had dinner last night with my former boss who retired a year and a half ago. Always nice to catch up with her.

   Packed and ready to roll. I bought hand and foot warmers and may need them! And now the forecast is saying possible snow in S. GA! This should be fun.

   Off to get labs done before my physical next week.

   Day 1 of construction complete, I totally screwed up and didn’t turn off the heater so there is now a layer of dust on every surface of my house. Thankfully today they are doing work that doesn’t create more dust. Kitchen space is completely empty and they are moving around outlets, gas line, etcetera. Watching the progress is fun, I’m glad I’m not trying to do this myself 🙂

       Moving the stove to another location and adding a peninsula for an eating area. We are almost doubling counter and cabinet space! More room for the useless crap we put in the kitchen 🙂

         When we did our countertops two years ago I used that as an opportunity to get rid of all sorts of kitchen stuff that was just taking up space. It was very freeing!

           We did purge quite a lot of stuff, 2 bins full went to Goodwill. That was nice.

     You should just be able to cover the return vents in that area and still leave the outflow vents open. Just a thought…

     Wish I could have joined you for lunch again. Too damn cold outside. I needed to get some ITP Estate choring done. And, I just did an hour on the trainer (not that this is helping me lose weight…)
