Wordle: four, my starter was DAILY. Another disappointing effort.

    Wordle in 4 with your starter. Sea of greens.

    During my 24 miles yesterday, I chatted with Eddie, who will be on our trip and is the whisky contact. I also came up on the hound walk and joined them for a few minutes. I stopped and chatted with a neighbor we see out walking all the time and introduced myself.

    I think there shall be some weed whacking today after I determine what else I need to pack.

    we got a 20 mile ride in last night – I was tempted to post on the Croatia What’s App group that my training is now done for this trip.

    Allan decided we could/would just use the new Europe convertors – he remembers one of the old ones didn’t work right (& can’t remember which one) – and these have the USB & USB-C outlets, so we don’t need the blocks to plug into the wall.

    La Tavola changed up their menu and put cacio e pepe on there, so I just had to try it. They also have a new garlic chicken dish which is crazy good.

    Big day today, it’s the first day of our two-day event installing our new dean. There will be a scholarly panel this afternoon followed by a big reception. I will probably be here until 8:00 tonight, ugh.

    Sweating my ass off in WLF, pulling weeds. Even worse, I’m pulling weeds in an area that produced no food! This is the first year WLF has been more work than reward.

    got ink finally at Microcenter – might have a been a couple dollars more, that place scares me, but the geeky guys are always so helpful
