Met my buddy Chip at Rodney Scott’s BBQ yesterday and ate too much.
Afterwards I drove to check out Monday Night Brewing’s new space at “The Grove”, replacing their original space I believe, and drank too much.
Going to try to keep my mouth shut more.
Wordle: four, my starter was ENTRY
Barb, to answer your question from yesterday: pawpaws in north Georgia should be ripening very soon I believe.
Wordle in 2! BOOM!!
We have a hornets nest on the man cave, just above where I’m working on the hydrant. They keep to themselves mostly, but if I start cutting concrete, as is my plan, I think I will have to be prepared for attack. I may have to call in a professional for their removal.
Other than digging out the bottom of the hydrant and thinking about how best to approach its repair. I don’t think we did much of anything. Debbie is convinced she has the cooties, despite flunking an expired test. May be time to take another test.

We had a most delightful weekend in the mountains. Slept until we woke up, ate a bunch of junk food, read my book, and watched a lot of sports on the big iPad. Traffic coming back into town yesterday was surprisingly light, I’ve never seen 75S that empty before.
We watched the travesty of Bill Bellichick’s UNC football debut last night. I could’ve told ’em it would happen, but nobody asked me.
Any game on ESPN (but not ESPN+) is a game I can’t watch because I refuse to pay more money for streaming services.
Well, you are better for having missed this one. Oy.
Pretty crazy last few days here.
Thursday night I did a Onewheel group ride in Orlando checking out many downtown and mid town spots, fun group.
Friday drove almost to Tampa to go ride Alafia park trails, it was terribly hot but I love those trails.
Saturday jumped on my brothers motorcycles (2 Harley Davidsons, one for him and one for his son) and cruised around stopping in at biker bars and dodging rain storms. Fun times!
Drove home Sunday and yesterday went back up to Bull Mountain to scout out more Wheelhopper trail. Pulling in to the lot I bumped in to some Hooligans so I joined them. Ended up riding 23 miles in the mountains.
Good times but I am a little tired.
Look at Bob, recreating his 20s… Nice!
A “little” tired? OMG, I am tired just this.
This blog instability since last week is really getting on my nerves.
It appears to be fixed now!
Maybe…
