Wordle in 5. Thought I had an advantage as I got the first letter with my first guess. Nice deuce, David.

Was a lump the rest of yesterday, except for lunch and errands. A nice bento box at our regular sushi stop- too much food!

Off to Lexington shortly. I’ll check in from the road.

wordle in 5 – that took me a while – again.

Started watching the Ken Burns documentary The American Revolution last night. 2 episodes- 2 hours each & NO COMMERICALS.
It’s so very interesting, but lots of information. Its kind of cool, because we were just in Boston last summer, so I can sort of get some of the geography references.

Made a noodle casserole with some leftover turkey – it came out pretty good. I have no recipe, I just add stuff.

Today is 4x fuel points at Kroger – I may have to pick up a few items. (last month we got up to 80 cents off!)

You don’t need a recipe for a casserole, just throw shit together and bake it. We finally got rid of the last of the leftovers with Finn’s school lunch today.

  4. Jenka says:

I am dragging today, what a shitty week this was. Plus we’ve had Finn since November 19 so I am ready for him to go to his mother’s for the weekend. I was supposed to go to the Hawks game with Sarah tonight but I begged off because I just can’t. No plans this weekend.

    Oh yeah –
Tomorrow some friends are coming to town, they are leaving their camper at our house while they go to New Orleans for a week. We have the Hyox Christmas party Saturday night – theme this year is Masquerade. We bought masks in New Orleans – that will be the extent of our costumes.
We are great hosts – come visit, but we won’t be home to entertain. They are self sufficient – they will be just fine. We may have breakfast Sunday before they hit the road.

    • Jenka says:

I did that when my brother came to visit in Sept. He was like, I have a week off so I’m coming to visit you, and I was like, that’s fine but I have to go to work every day. He managed to entertain himself!

and- not idea if it is everywhere – but at Publix U saw they had their frozen turkeys marked down to .49 cents a pound. That’s cheap! Trying to figure out of we have space in the freezer.

Good afternoon from the Kentucky welcome center. Traffic is moving and Cash is a good passenger, unlike his brother Tanner. I keep and eye on him with a camera and he just rides along.
