    The good news from the weekend is Cash is sold! He’s been on the for sale block for a bit and a young rider in Michigan came down last week for a test ride. Now they just have to arrange shipping. I might get involved and meet them halfway (Lexington).

    Saturday was a productive day on the run in. Posts and headers are halfway done. I realized I needed a couple more 4×4’s so those are on the shopping list this morning.

    Was going to ride yesterday with the gravel group out of Gay. The weather was a bit damp, but the ride went anyway- without me. Read there was a crash and a broken collarbone. Not great.

    Back at work after a week off. I know I have a ways to go but I’m really ready for retirement 🙂
    Had family in town for Thanksgiving, good times were had. Saturday we went in to town for a beltline walk and I finally was able to get to Fred’s Meat and Bread for a cheesesteak. All I can say is WOW, one hell of a sandwich!
    We also went to see a musical performance of The Outsiders at the Fox on Friday, really well done. We saw an ad for a musical performance of Elf, love that movie so may go see that in a couple weeks.

    First Monday of the month, that means we had a faculty meeting at 9:00 am right after Thanksgiving break. Ugh. At least now it’s over until February.

    I had a wonderful break. Thursday we watched football all day and I made the whole meal. With only three of us it didn’t take too long, and we still have leftovers. Friday we went to the General Muir for lunch. Saturday Kevin took Finn to see Zootopia 2 and I stayed home. Sunday he went to Moe’s & Joe’s and I stayed home with Finn. For those of you following along at home, that means that after getting home from work on Wednesday I left the house exactly once, for lunch on Friday, during the entire four days. It was magical!
