We have a new addition to the family. Edie brought home a little kitty named James Brown and he’s now living his best life with us. We will send him to the barn once he’s a bit bigger, but for the moment, he’s an indoor cat.
Got the Mazda back from the local Luthersville mechanic. Replaced the valve cover gasket for a reasonable price. Also looked for other known problems with that engine and found none. Good guys and very convenient. The scenes route to get there- 14 miles.
Tonight, the feed store is putting on an equine evening- they serve dinner and have a speaker. A good return on all we pay them through the year.
We are transitioning Finn to a new school gradually, today is the first day. He will stay at his old school until the Christmas break but on Fridays he will go to the new school. The new one is a mile from our house and it has fewer than 20 kids, so it’s highly specialized. He does not do well with change so we are going to take him to Nakato tonight which is where we always take him for his birthday. The new school is in the church next to the Inman Park MARTA station and only a mile from our house. It took us 4 minutes to get there!
Yesterday’s re-accreditation visit went well, but I am SO GLAD that it’s over.
Good luck with Finn. I hope the transition goes well. That sounds like that school is an incredible find! And that’s *massive* to shrink up your driving radius so much.
Our current nanny is very reliable so we don’t have to drive up there very often. However, when we told her that we were changing schools she informed us that she had been about to quit because the driving was so horrendous.
I went to a chiropractor this morning – we will see if doing some adjusting will help some of my back pain.
they took some xrays – I need to find my MRI disc to show him. (its in a folder somewhere in a file cabinet)
Debbie and I spent most of the morning throwing out “stuff” in the man cave. Old camping crap not used since we moved here, and possibly not since Tucker. Books just taking up space. Found where some mice were enjoying Debbies ski boots. The Toyota is loaded with enough for one run and there’s plenty for a second run. Tomorrow is a free day at the commercial dump- part of their consideration to the county for building it.
good to know you are alive!
Hmmm, I wonder if that’s pronounced mo-PED or MOH-ped. Emphasis is everything. 😉
This is a valid question. Can it be the answer twice, because it’s technically two words?!
I don’t think past tense words count. I was making a joke as to Paulie’s mindset, meaning was he thinking “two-wheeled vehicle” or something else… 😉
i don’t really emphasize either syllable – that make me thing way too hard
Wordle in 4.

OMG, just saw your pic on the Machine of Faces and that kitty is SO CUTE!
Good god! I’m sure that kitten feels good, as you knew that it would. I can’t wait until his pompadour grows in! 😉 😉 😉
