    Funny that 8:30am is a late start for me, but I have another incredibly busy day ahead of me.

    Purposefully late start here. I’m totally burned out. Pretty much just said f*** it and I’ll be in at 9. I need a vacation.

            Heading to the Bahamas, with bookend days in Charleston.

            a big part of it in Vero Beach – just chilling with some friends at their condo on the beach. Might try to catch some fish shore fishing.
            Then before or after – Daytona to visit friends, and then Melbourne to visit some hasher friends. I really need to get a plan of some sort -but it will all come together.

    Another day, another dollar is all I can say about yesterday.
    After our disaster of a fall “peak” season, and all the mistakes that were made (sue to not enough people and under trained people), now the higher ups are pulling reports and asking about stupid money stuff – over & over & over. GOD I HATE REPORTS.
    Its like – if you ask it 4 times on 4 different reports, all you do is waste our time & we might screw up new stuff – and the answers don’t change!!!!!!!!!!!

    QUESTION –
    I said (in reference to a co-worker who isn’t very smart) – She’s not the sharpest tool in the shed. My mom was like – I’ve never heard that. I’m thinking its just her forgetfulness, but what do you all say? (besides Bless their heart – hahahaha)

    Your mother is polite! No other issue.

    Euros in hand. $1.30 for each €. BB&T wants 3% for each transaction. I don’t think so.. I think the charge card will be getting a workout.

    Woke at 5:10 and wondered why the alarm didn’t go off, then remembered I’m already on vacation!! Errands and cleaning then maybe a road ride.

        Got cash to start with. Delta C/U only wants 1% per transaction, so that could happen. BB&T said $5 for using an ATM over there, besides the local banks charge. The fox hunts will only take cash. The stables, not sure.

    Have hipsters started writing checks? I know they thing retro things are cool.

    I received an email from Costco telling me that I can save on checks. The last order I made for checks was when Wachovia was still around!

      I have to keep checks around to pay rent. So yeah. A box lasts eighteen years. 😉

        When I started at the bank, every office and all the other districts processed checks. Now, hardly anyone does. Atlanta has a small check operation, and one of the last Feds to have one.

        I have a coupon book to pay my garbage company. So, I write them a check.
