    Wordle in 4 and coulda been 3!

    Dragging this morning. Games wrap meeting went until 9:30 meant home and maybe asleep by 11:15. The 05:05 alarm wasn’t happening…

    All good reports, tweaks here and there but overall a good year. We’ll do the final numbers and give out our charitables at the December meeting of the board.

    This weekend is the UCI cyclocross race at Nash Farm in Stockbridge. Should be a good weekend of racing. Come on down!!

    I was so tired all day yesterday – went to sleep I’ll guess 900-930pm

    had dinner with the in-laws & Allan’s cousin’s husband that was traveling thru from FL to OH. He had been in FL helping fix his mom’s house that had been messed up by hurricane flooding.
    It was nice to catch up with him, as we don’t know much about those cousins.

    I feel like there is something I’m supposed to be doing tonight, but probably not doing anything.

      I can’t imagine why you should be tired, you only had to get up at like 3:00 in the morning and then work all day.

    I was tired last night and went to bed early but I’m still dragging this morning. I may have an extra half cup of coffee!

    We went to Barbacoa last night, the place right next to La Tavola in Va-Hi. We found out one of our favorite bartenders from the Taco Mac days works there Tuesday nights now so we went and chatted with him. That place was hoppin’ for a Tuesday night — for any night! And not surprisingly, the food and service were really great. We will be back.

    we just decided to make white chicken chili for tonight – I’m working on cleaning out the freezer, since Allan will want to make turkey stock & soup after Thanksgiving. So, trying to use up all the dozen stock we still have in there from last year.

      I’m always telling Kevin to eat up the soup in the freezer before I make more soup, and then I make more soup anyway. 🙂

      I am thawing out some ground beef for dinner but I am not sure exactly what I’m going to make with it. Probably Mexican casserole.

        we made a pattymelt meatloaf like a pizza for the Eggtoberfest. Spread the meatloaf out like a pizza Рabout an inch or so thick, cook it almost done, then spread some saut̩ed onion & mushrooms on top, cook a little more, then add some cheese & melt it on top.
        It was pretty tasty if I do say so myself.
        We are going to make that again soon.

          Ooooooh, that sounds SO good! I will make that sometime. It would need to be when we don’t have Finn because I can’t get him to eat meatloaf or sauteed onions.
