Tuesday: Nearly A Clean Sweep

Tuesday’s task was to clear up my den.

Before

Along with the crap on the floor my work desk (not pictured) was covered with paperwork and dust. My den sees a lot of activity. It is the room in which I do the majority of my computer work, and it’s the room that receives all of my snail mail.

In order to properly clean the room I had to clear off all surfaces so that they could be dusted. The first task was to determine where the things which were cluttering the floor needed to go. Some of the items are destined to to be donated, while others are destined for the next community electronics recycling.

After

I’d guess that I cleaned about 90% of the den. The floor still needed to be swept and the chair against the picture wall needs to be cleared of junk and then gotten rid of.
