Physical therapy and work are interrupting my day.
Today’s Daily Challenge
Take a walk and take a closer look at the trees.
Spending time with trees means you’re getting up and out, and walking is a great way to improve heart health, strengthen muscles, and lower your risk of certain diseases. And studying trees’ many interesting features may motivate you to walk farther! Even though we see trees every day, we may take them for granted and not notice them. But they are an important part of our environment and can enrich your walk. They can also help to make you more mindful of your surroundings and help connect you to nature.
I’ll be pleased when I can do stuff like this again without having to worry about the ramifications of my tendonitis.

“I’m Going To Assume This Update Isn’t Targeted At Me”

Whew, first free time of the morning. Just executed a purchase that will cause many to shake their heads in disapproval. However, it may cause one ITP-Reader much delight as well. Of course it’ll be the subject of tomorrow’s blog post.
Without even knowing I’ll shake my head in disapproval, since I assume it is something like a new computer, or other electronic device.
I’m going to yoga for the first time if forever it seems – so I think I’ll have fun tonight.
Spot on, Barb. At least I can consider it a cost of doing my business. 🙂
I’ve been a bad boy this week and haven’t made it to the gym. Tomorrow night is Lyle Lovett so I probably will opt to get into work super early so I can get to the Botanical Gardens at a decent time (read: “leave work early”).
A nice 28 mile ride on SCT after class yesterday. I was surprised there weren’t more people out. Not hot nor raining- win win. I’m ready for class to be over- my brain can’t take much more.
Debbie is off with her horse this weekend. What is anyone riding?

Have fun at the Lyle Lovett concert; I’m very envious! One of the friends I’m spending the weekend has a brother who works at the Botanical Gardens, so we might get a behind the scenes tour on Monday. I’m looking forward to it!
I’m hauling my gimpy pony off for a weekend of fun and frivolity and riding (for other people); I’m pretty excited haven’t had a “pony” weekend in years and years. Even though it just hit me that there probably isn’t any internet at the lake house where we are staying. EEK.
Maggie the foster boxer goes to her new home tonight. Sniff, sniff. I will really miss her.
Thanks. I’m thinking of offering my second ticket to someone in need at the Botanical Gardens. I really need to stop believing that I will ever have a girlfriend again.
Steve – Allan works Saturday & we will ride somewhere on Sunday, but since neither of us have ridden in a few weeks, it will be slowwww ride.
I’m going to finally go to Treat Your Feet on Buford Hwy for an hour long foot massage Saturday afternoon with a couple girlfriends. Can’t wait!
Have a fun weekend Debbie!
Can’t wait to hear about the withdrawals if there is no internet.
I’m riding Saturday, 40ish miles. No deffinate plans yet, might be another person as well. You’re welcome to join me/us.
Bye bye, Maggie…great job guys.
Yesterday I spent an hour at the track…you know what? There is NO shade at the track…man it was hot!
