I’m really boring when I’m sick. I worked until nearly 7pm, drove home, and fell asleep reading.
Today’s Personal Project
Clean out me “Need To File” folder of all the paperwork in it.
Today’s Daily Challenge
Squeeze the muscles in your buttocks ten times.
You don’t need any fancy equipment to build up that bottom! This simple, “anywhere, anytime” exercise strengthens the muscles in your buttocks, which is great for runners and people who do sports that require sprinting and jumping (like basketball or soccer). Not a runner or into sports? You’ll still get a booty with more beauty.
I should try sucking in my gut ten times as well.
ITP Flickr Pic
It’s a shame that this photo captures all of my fatness.
I really like it otherwise.
Cheesy Sunday
Hope to see some of you at Public Enema’s on Sunday for his Cheesy Tour de France gathering. I’ll be keeping an eye on the weather forecast
No Rain = cycling
Rain = walking
Regardless of the weather = bacon eating and beer drinking

– Buy a new iPhone (iPhone 5?), a new iPad (iPad 3?), and MacBook Air [look, not all goals have to be altruistic]
The Unmeasurable
– Continue backing up all data, including the off-site storage
– Become a proficient and profitable programmer in Objective-C
– Do not create a solution for something which is not a problem
– Eat smaller portions
– Start, and continue, to make my own bread using my bread machine as well as using the technique outlined in Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking
– Read and discard magazines during the month in which they arrive (even digitally)
– See more live concerts than I did in 2011
– Eat more pancakes
– Drive/Fly somewhere for a real vacation
Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]
Well – my car is like brand new – with new shocks, struts, rear brakes (& tires last week), I’ve spent enough to make me think that. But – Lam says it should last another 100,000 miles, so hopefully all this money will be worth it. I feel like I should go get it a paint job or something, then maybe it will look newer.
We should be at PEs Sunday, hopefully Allan will get some sleep so we can ride & not just eat bacon.
If I decide to keep the Jackmobile beyond next year (depends on the oil-burning behavior its exhibited the past two years — since the transmission was replaced, coincidence?) I’ll get it a paint job. For a while the clear coat has been coming off and the exposed paint is starting to fade, and will probably rust over time.
