We all have these days. Hang in there! Or, break something. When I’m tired and sick and sick and tired, smashing stuff actually helps.
Maybe chopping sweet potatoes will substitute for smashing. I’ll make sure to do my prep work in a hygienic way of course. 😉
Also, the temperature in my cubicle is currently 82.2° F. I wore a long-sleeve t-shirt today because I was cold in the office yesterday. I hate my office building.
And now the temperature is back down to 76.5. This system is schizophrenic.
I just have 2 jackets in my office, a light sweatshirt & a fleece (and a space heater). Our office temps varies all the time too, but they seems to have figured out how to just freeze us in the colder weather. I just wear layers no matter what, usually a short sleeve top (just in case it gets warm) with a sweater over it (because that doesn’t happen too often).
I’ve had a sickly co-worker next to me all week, she is finally just officially calling in sick tomorrow.
I like that when Paulie simply writes: “I’m sick. Nothing for y’all today.” He still gets 10 comments! 🙂
