One of the nice things to learn when pretending to be a farmer is what plants can survive freezing temperatures. The other night I picked some Chinese cabbage and baby bok choy to add to the meal of frozen dumplings and Chinese noodles that I made for dinner. I still have some of these greens in WLF to eat before they go bad.

In the office for a short while. I needed to drop gifts for those nieces and nephews not already contributing to their own 401k. I’m down to 2!! That drop requires a stop in West End.
We’ve cut over to YouTube TV and will kick Dish network to the curb shortly. Now that we have Elon’s bandwidth, it’s an easy call. T-Mobile is also on the short list. I saw an add for their service last night- now down to $35 from 50 (what we pay).
