Wordle in 4 and almost 3! My starting word was AISLE and it was a bust. Anyone else notice they changed the font on the keyboard?

A fairly slow day after shoveling out the in box. A trip to the chiro and a bath for George was the highlights of a quiet day.

Going to vote this afternoon after work. A 15 mile drive to Greenville, the only early voting site in Meriwether county.

  2. Good on ya!

I voted on Tuesday. On Election Day I will begrudgingly pay my property taxes in person.

  3. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend.

So after I put down the winter seed, I wondered how much water I might need if I wanted to water it in.. an inch of water over an acre (excessive, but an easy number to remember) is 27,000 gallons! 490 55 gallon drums.

I hope Bob has a good time on his offroad motorcycle bowling trip! 🙂

I still need to vote. My problem is that I only think about it during times when I can’t go, like right now when I have to be at work.

Had my monthly therapy session yesterday evening and then we took Finn to Six Feet for dinner. Saw several friends there who were getting dinner before their Oakland Cemetery Halloween tour. I did one once several years ago and it was really interesting. But now I would rather be in my jammies at 8:00 pm than walking around outside.

the early voting places in Cobb are open until 7pm, there haven’t been any major lines since the very 1st day.
Maybe you can get around to going after work one day.

Yes, every day this week I said to myself, “self, stop by the polling place and vote after work today.” And then after work I forget all about it and mindlessly drive home. *sigh*

Wordle in 6, NYT Mini in 35 seconds

          • David says:

            That was a fail.

My browser autofilled the field and replaced what I meant to say, which is that Jenka can vote tomorrow from 9 to 5 or Sunday from 12 to 5 here:

            Bessie Branham Recreation Center
            2051 Delano Drive, NE
            Atlanta, GA 30317

Yes, I know. That’s the one closest to my house, too, and I’ve early voted there for several past elections. There’s also a polling place right here on Emory campus.
