My Kindle has arrived… it might be love. I’m on the road to Disgusta (aka Augusta) in a few so no time to play with it fully, but I did download a magazine subscription and it can read it to me in the car while I drive. How cool is that!??!
I think I read somewhere that some union that represents authors is suing Kindle over its text-reading feature. They claim the agreement between publishing houses and Kindle does not include spoken-word royalties/rights (apparently authors get big royalties for things like Books-on-cd — hence the high cost of said items). Thankfully the union has stated that it does not plan to go after parents who technically violate the law by reading to their children before bed each night (phew!).

Not sure I’m going to like this Work-a-holic Paulie.
I’ll have a SuperDuper sized blog tomorrow. 😉

Wow, who’d have ever thought that Paulie would be too busy to blog? Not me.
