About the only positives I can take away from yesterday are eating delicious leftovers for dinner, and watching the movie/documentary Pantani: The Accidental Death of a Cyclist from 2014. I whiled away the rest of the evening on the couch, recovering from a wild Halloween. 😉

    Did you stream that?

I’ll pick up the moto on Sunday. Hopefully it checks out as well in person as it does online. Taking a trailer, as I’m so out of practice, there’s no way I would ride it home.

I was trying to win the auction while in a staff meeting. I was also presenting part of the time. Only a little stressful, but it all worked out.

Waiting for the rain to wrap up before I go get some motorcycle cash.

Steve – good luck with the moto – we still need a picture……..

I went to see A Star is Born last night with a friend – it was an excellent movie. Lady Gaga of course was amazing, but Bradley Cooper did really well too. It was actually worth the full price movie ticket ($13or $14) and the expensive beer. I do like there is a bar at most theatres now.

They are building an AMC theater down the street from me (10-minute walk) and though I love movies, I’m not sure how much I’ll use it. I do think movies are better in the theater, but my main issues are:
      – Cost
      – It’s always freezing
      – People don’t STFU and make other annoying noises
      – It’s hard to say no to movie eats/drinks (cost and calories)
      – You miss stuff if you have to pee

I always bring a jacket, and with the big cushy lounger chairs, its so comfy.
        I can pee fast……….
last night it was quiet – not a peep- but it was all adults at this movie.

  3. Ugh, due to medical expenses and recurring bills November is turning out to be an expensive month already! It’s like I’m handing out money like it’s candy…

This blog appears snappily on my screen now by way of my brand-new fiber optic connection. Install process was painless. AT&T’s U-Verse service just got too flaky for me, and I’d rather gouge my eyes out than have anything to do with Comcast again in my lifetime. I continue to stand by “Better the devil you know, than the one that you don’t.”

  5. Barb says:

    so, is it AT&T Fiber?
