W-H-A-T, WHAT, WHAT, WHAT!?!
I certainly didn’t expect to see the Jets win last night, especially after the very first pass attempt of theirs was intercepted and returned for a touchdown.
Geez, so thrown by a Jets’ win that I forgot to mention my weekly weighing.
Tuesday Tale of the Tape: 210.2 pounds (+0.4 from last week’s weigh-in)
Do the Jets still play football? Who knew?!?!
Horses and dogs appeared to survive the night with me. Poor Ollie is itching so, I think he’s getting a bath tonight. Almost have the house cleaned so we aren’t embarrassed to let the farm sitter stay.
A 32 km (18mi) TT at the Vuelta today. There might be a bit of shakeup in GC, but I think Simon Yates is safe in the leaders jersey for another day.

I don’t think Jets fans even knew Jets still played football. 😉 ayuk ayuk!
Currently sharing stories on the book of faces remembering where we were 17 years ago today. Powerful.
There have been times… 😉
I was going to mention Tuesday, 9/11/2001, but didn’t know what to type.
so I guess Tejay Van Garderen is going to a new team next year – one managed by Jonathan Vaughters. Kevin does not want to work with Jonathan (been there done that). So, who knows what he will be doing for a job next year.
Huh, that sucks for Kevin.
Post updated with weekly weigh-in. 🙄
I’m up a pound from last week. Surely it couldn’t be chips, beer, corndogs or boiled peanuts’ fault??? ðŸ˜
you ate a corndog?????
Veggie corndogs 🙂
Yeah, what she said- and she only ate half an order of corn dogs, and half an order of boiled peanuts. The beers however, were all her own. 😉 (as were mine, and I drank one more than Bonnie)
Paulie, but at least you didn’t eat many, many handfuls of chips at two separate hashes. And then, maybe, came home very late one night and ate a half a tube of Pringles 🙄.
Caught a Opossum in the trap last night – was not released at the Gulch, but somewhere inside the City of Atlanta, since Allan is working today. It rode around in the back of the truck for a little while this morning. We will see what we catch next.
Are you sure he wasn’t tearing up the turf? You could have armadillo too!! They like to burrow- make them bad news for horses.
we will keep using that trap for a while – who knows what wild life we will catch. Never seen a armadillo in the neighborhood, but that would be fun.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Allan is working in East Atlanta! Paulie, he’s coming for YOU!
Pity I am not working from home today.
actually – they moved him over to Station 14 – over south of West End, but just north of Oakland city. His very 1st firehouse.
but – if you see a possum looking lost – you will know why – its an OTP possum, lost in the city.
