Tuesday Tale of the Tape: 209.6 pounds (+1.4 from last week’s weigh-in)

Putting on more weight is not the way I wanted to go into my trip to Canada. ☹️ Hopefully it’s just because I am trying to eat all of my perishable food before leaving.

    My plan to run the moonlight hash last night was foiled when I had two hours to kill and didn’t want to sit around. I had already been by Performance and got a couple tires for the CX bike. Debbie said she was going to ride and we could go to the pool afterwards – neither of which happened.

    Hopefully a ride after errands. Painful Member is still on the schedule.

      ask TJ (or Allan) for Cross tires – don’t buy any. I bet/think he has a bunch wasting away in his garage.

        These are “city” tires. I’ll be curious how they perform on gravel. The were cheap, so an experiment.

    Install of permanent crown was a little more difficult than anticipated. ☹️ However it’s in there, and although it feels “foreign” now should be okay.

    Back is also feeling better than yesterday, so unless something blows up I too will be at Painful Member tonight.

    We are planning to go to Painful Member – saw Easy Cheeks last night at a birthday dinner for a friend, she said she is planning on going as well.
