Instead of house cleaning I binge-watched the final four episodes of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Whoops!
The â€Vegetable Manchurian†I made in my Instant Pot last night was quite different from the “Manchurian Tofu†I had at a restaurant for lunch; good, but different. I am not surprised, as the old saying goes “There are many ways to skin a vegetable“. Lol
Received an email alerting me for upcoming concerts for Lou Barlow, and The Get Up Kids. What year is this again?
I suppose those are musical acts and I have no idea who they are.
The last record from The Get Up Kids I listened to was released in 2004. Oddly, I was feeling nostalgic and listened to this about two weeks ago.
I don’t know who those acts are either.

I scoped out the new pasture last night -once around the perimeter is 4/10 of a mile. That’s going to be a lot of mowing.
Off to run errands shortly, hopefully a bike ride later, and then dinner at Knife and Stone in Newnan.

Oh hey! 🙂 Thanks for the great big smile just now, ITP Lurker! Now I’m totally smiling at the idea of randomly showing up unexpectedly for folks in places (obviously I’m expected HERE).
It was a super fun little tour and the first of the season, so we were very kind to our guide. But she was really great! It’s weird how you can be someplace a gazillion times and still be shown things you’ve never seen and hear stories you’ve never heard before.
It sounds like a fun tour. I like the constraint of it staying in the park. Walking tours really work for me. I get claustrophobic in museums. I did a walking tour of street art in Brooklyn a couple of weeks ago that was a lot of fun. A company in Atlanta does a three hour bike tour of street art that I’m going to do in the next few weeks.
And Steve, aka “Fagpipes†is threatening to do a hash that highlights midtown/downtown street art.
Speaking of Atlanta street art, I posted this on my book of faces the other day but can’t remember if I shared it here or not. I contacted the guy who runs it (just to thank him for doing it) and he wrote back thanking me for sharing. 🙂 I can’t wait to use this to go find these places in person.

Frustrated with the Atlanta Hash forums. I had to create a new login a couple of weeks ago, saved the username and password to my iPad, and now it’s telling me that my login isn’t correct. No reset password link, so I tried emailing the board admin as shown on the page, and got an email failed error. Fuck you, you fucking fuck!
It’s definitely not the friendliest of forums to use.
I can never remember my password either – probably why I never post anything there.
We’re bringing artichoke dip. It’s a huge hit with the foxhunters, which are a very similar crowd to the Hash.
