Stubborn As A Mule

Last night left CocoaConf, and drove through some traffic up to Peach Auto. From there I drove the Jackmobile to the office and proceeded to walk the 5.5 miles back. Yes I did. Why? Because I am as stubborn as a mule.

Had I not ruined the exercise with an excessive dinner of a burrito al pastor, chips, salsa, and a soda the walk would have been excellent exercise.

The Jackmobile drove really well, but I am still considering a new car.

Of course today I heard that my mother’s water heater is leaking and may need to be replaced, so I may be buying one of those for her first as well.

Today I will in conference all day and until 8:00pm. Looking forward to doing some learning, hoping to wedge a few minutes to take care of work issues during the day as well.

Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]

    WOW – walking from Perimeter over to Chambodia -what route did you take?

    Sounds like a great little walk to me! 🙂 But yeah – in that area? Are there even sidewalks your whole route?

  4. Work -> Ashford-Dunwoody
    Ashford-Dunwoody -> Harts Mill
    Harts Mill -> Teal
    Teal -> Sexton Woods
    Sexton Woods -> Chamblee-Tucker

    Sidewalks for ~90% of the walk.

    I failed to time it, but I’d guess that it took me almost two hours.
