If not for the fact that I ate far too much for dinner last night (the sausage, lentil, and WLF kale dish I mentioned yesterday) it would have been a very good evening. The temperature dropped, allowing me to open a door and windows as I made my first ever batch of English Muffins. No fooling!
I’ll give my muffin effort a “C”, although I might get a higher grade since I used the excess dough, I made eight large muffins, to make a small loaf of bread.

Wordle in 4, which is pretty good considering I only had a single letter after the second guess.
A few chores done around the farm, then a half hour on the trainer.

I got yellow – I had NO IDEA on the others
I almost got purple, had the subject but only guessed 3 of the characters. Failed the rest.

Had I Canadian Bacon in the house today, breakfast would have been an Egg WeeMuffin! 🙂
I do love an Egg __Muffin.
I bake eggs in Ramekins so they are the nice perfect shape for the breakfast sandwich. And – you can make a few at a time, so you have them ready to go, and then I just microwave them to warm up!
A lot of greening and flowering of vegetables in WLF at the moment. Hoping to eat a bunch more from the garden this wee, may bring a salad for myself to STU, before everything goes to seed.
We watched another episode of The White Lotus last night and it’s STILL not the finale. I don’t remember the previous seasons having so many episodes. I’m not complaining, this season is VERY good, I just wish I had waited until they were all available so I could watch them on my timeline.
I’ve started always checking IMDB to figure out the episodes of shows- I’ve really gotten where I like watching at least 2 episodes at a time
