I finished my rewatch of season one of Severance last night, and am optimistically hopeful that season two, which starts on Friday, will live up to the hype.

Wordle in 4 and wasted one guess.
The games meeting was a bust. After having our pre-meeting dinner and beverages, I drove over to the hotel and was on my way to our room when the phone rang. A problem at work. Sign on and help diagnose the problem, and by the time I wrap up, the meeting is halfway over. I said F it and came home. Nothing really happening in January, anyway.
Getting excited about picking up the “new” trailer Friday afternoon… Maybe there will be camping opportunities with some blog readers??

Did someone say camping? That falls into the “Things Paulie Wants to do in 2025” category.
We have a plan for the maiden voyage next weekend- down to the hunt in Middle GA. After the shake down, we will be ready!
camping – yes – we’d love to have a meet up.
Ours is at 3 Way Camper right now getting its yearly maintenance so our Warranty stays intact.
Didn’t do much yesterday – but did get a 3+ mile walk in before it got dark, it was fairly pleasant weather wide – then had a Paul’s Pot Pie for dinner (Allan’s mom bought some over at the Marietta Square back in the fall, and we decided it was a good night to bake it) I was tired of the leftovers in the fridge.
I’m down for some camping, I can rent if my trailer sells.
Congrats on the new to you camper. Now don’t forget, something is always broken on a camper it is just part of the deal. Lots of small things but it could get annoying, always bring a toolbox.
Trailer sells? Are you upgrading before STU. We’re gonna need a bigger plot of land! Hahaha
Odds of selling before STU are low but I’m hopeful.
Worse case I will have to tent camp with the unwashed masses, OH THE HUMANITY
At the Waschsalon this morning, really wishing I had remembered to eat breakfast.
there isn’t a place nearby you can grab something to eat?
The only place near the Waschsalon that isn’t nasty is Krispy Kreme, and I didn’t want a donut.
Someone will have to explain yellow connections today.
it was a conniptions sort of day – I got green – and that was it.
yellow – no idea what that one is.
Haven’t played in days…
Ways to get shit done, basically.
if you say so 😉
You guys have fun with your camping, I will take a hotel with a working bathroom thankyouverymuch.
We went to Iberian Pig for Date Night and it was lovely. They added a branzino to the menu and it was de-LISH-us.
We watched another episode of the Diplomat — there are times when I don’t have the brain bandwidth to keep all of the politics straight. We get Finn today for the weekend so we will put that on hold. Luckily season 6 of Virgin River dropped and that shit is wholesome as fuck.
But that is why we buy campers, they have working bathrooms 🙂
Which you have to empty… Ew.
It’s not so bad if you know what you are doing. However, for the bougie set there are services that will come to you and empty the tanks 🙂
Allan knows how to empty it – I just stay far enough away to “help” which I’ve never had to do.
I like that there is a bougie service……….
“It’s not so bad if you know what you are doing” = EEEEEWWWWWWW!
Washing done. A change of plans, mostly the desire to eat at Homegrown has led me here for a lovely breakfast. Other ideas were in the boil-water advisory zone issued by CoA this morning.
why is CoA have a boil water zone? I have not heard anything (not that I was trying to hear something)
I got an annoying announcement on my phone this morning. Looks like a large portion of the Emory area (Moreland to Clairemont/Candler, Hosea up to Mason Mill) has been issued the warning due to a mains break.
Yep. I’ve gotten like 5 warnings from both Emory and DeKalb County. Good times.
Neither of my regular phones got the notice, but my heart monitor phone did! Screwy.
I just heard that Glengarry GlenRoss is returning to Broadway. I wish I had the means and desire to make a trip up there like I did all those years ago…
you always talk about that movie (or play) I’ll need to watch it again – its been forever.
