    Happy Thanksgiving to the blogosphere.

    I was quickly out of the office yesterday and came home to a bit more work and a nap. 40 minutes of intervals on the trainer.

    Lunch later at on on the nieces. We got off easy and are only bringing one dish. Barb, I hope all goes well at Friendsgiving.
