Having a lot of hip and back pain, trying to work it out.

    FIRST!

    So I went to my first yoga class in a loooooong time last night at Form Yoga on DeKalb. Very few studios are non-hot yoga, this is the only one I’ve found. It was great! I am super out of shape but having done yoga for two decades I got right back into it. Will try to go at least once a week from now on. Woot!

    My boss is traveling today so I am magically working from home today!

    Wordle in 3 – what a great guess.

    I got stir crazy being at home yesterday, so after work I went to DSW at Cumberland for some shoe shopping therapy. Found some cute ankle boots that were more expensive than I wanted them to me, but – I had a 30% off coupon to make me feel better.

    Then – called Allan & he wasn’t busy, so we met at Hankook Taqueria for some tacos.

    On vacation until Monday of T’day week! I’m available for lunch plans next week!

    We may have found the LQ trailer- somewhere in Kentucky. May take a ride next week.

    And in really local news- the cafe in Luthersville (which was scheduled to close next Saturday) has found a buyer and Debbie may not starve to death!
