Another Wordle solution that was on “My List”, but didn’t use at the proper time. Hell, today I even zagged when I should have zigged.

I struggled mightily this morning with Connections. And as you will see below, eventually failed today.

Today I am going to attempt to stay at home all day and do some choring. Given that it will be hot and humid later, it’s already humid, most of my activity will occur indoors.

Wordle: four, my starter was DAILY
Connections: perfect, Yellow > X > Green > X > X

Wordle in 5 starting with SPANK. Perfect connections: P, Y, G, B. Strands was an easy one.
Reading Stephen King’s The Long Walk. He does know how to write Psychological terrors!
Dogsitting Jasper this week. We are going for a hike this morning with Kristina. I suppose with all this rain, I should cut my grass. Need to do a lot of errands today to get ready for RAGBARI. GUTS run tonight.

Ho hum, here it is Tuesday. Last night I made Mexican casserole and we watched an episode of Top Chef. That is all.

    • I watched more . (read “The Bear”) last night. I want to watch more Top Chef, but Betsy isn’t around and it’s kinda our “thing” so I don’t want to watch ahead.

      • Jenka says:

I know we have watched 3 episodes of . Possibly 4. The first episode was incredible but after that it’s a lot of yelling, so I can only watch one or two episodes at once.

Almost on the road to Mt. Washington this morning. Took the sunset cruise last night through fog and around the nearby islands. Chilly- forgot my jacket but had my vest.

    Wordle in 5.

  4. In from a sweaty morning in WLF. Mostly manual laboring (finished moving my compost bins, swept out an area that was collecting junk), harvested a handful of things (peppers, tomatoes). Showered and trying to cool down by drinking ice water.

so much fun here – mom is basically dead weight – so getting her out of bed, dressed & into the wheelchair is a whole lot of trouble. But – I’m slowing getting the hang of this.

the pure-wick (external catheter) is a god send for at night – hospitals use them – the company sell a version to the public.

    • When my mother fell last July and I had to pick her up I was stunned how hard it was to do, even though she only weighed about one hundred pounds at the time.

      Good luck with everything.

  6. Another day, another attempt to scam me. This time it was in the form of an email thanking me for my $500 purchase of Norton Antivirus and mobile coverage. Of course I made no such payment, confirmed by looking at all of my financials, and ignored their advice to call the number they provided in this purchase was “in error”.

As they said in Hill Street Blues, be careful out there.

    • Jenka says:

I get these at least once a week, except they are McAfee instead of Norton. The first time I checked all my credit cards, LOL.
