There is not a lot to report from yesterday. As I mentioned in a comment the biggest thing I accomplished was getting up on the roof and blowing off the leaves that had gathered on it.
It’s a good thing I wasn’t trying to be Mr Computer Programmer yesterday because Apple’s latest “point update” of Xcode, the program used to create iOS apps, was 12.5GB 🤯 and still has not completed downloading as of this morning. 🤦ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸
This morning I have already been to Lowes, and experienced some highs and lows along the way. My intent was to burn the $35 in gift cards I have accumulated. This wasn’t hard even though I cleaned out the soils and cement block supply at the Edgewood Retail District location, spending $39 in the process.
The low of the morning was discovering that one of the M6’s rear seats is refusing to fold down. A few week ago I accidentally tugged on the cable when putting things into the trunk. A thought that all I had done was unclip the cable from the little clip that keep is from bouncing around, but I may have also created this problem. This morning I will attempt to use YouTube to teach me how this mechanism works, and hopefully it’s something that I can repair. While this doesn’t hinder the driving of the car, it makes it a lot less useful for hauling/camping, so it must get fixed.
Today will be a choring day. I am on the hook for Top Chef dinner night, and am contemplating using my Instant Pot to make a risotto.
Hope all is properly connected in your world and that you are remaining happy and healthy.

Are we still thinking lunch tomorrow at Hankook? What time works for you kids?
(Steve, you are the one working)
Yes to lunch! I will try to drag Bonnie with me. Name the time and I will be there.
I was thinking earlier, like 11:30 ish, or later, 1pm.
That parking lot is tiny, & a pain when it’s lunchtime.
Pick a time.
1:00pm
So Allan said 1130, I told him we decided on 1pm. He then said, why did you ask me?
I’m off to the periodontist to see what they say about the whole implant idea. (& their price). So much fun….. not!
I’ll be there!
Last night was the Board (Bored) meeting for the Games. Despite that great crowd, we did not make a huge sum of money. Not sure where the breakdown was. We did have some different expenses but nothing outrageous. I’m still VP for another year, and we had a little discussion about filling the open seat- can you say “youth”!!
Other than that, it was just a long day…
With me babysitting contractors, I’m not sure I’ll be able to join y’all for lunch tomorrow, but who knows…

Woo hoo, got into the feta cheese taste test (Greek salad). The 21st at 10:30a.
I’m in too, but unfortunately a few hours after you.
I just cancelled, I’m getting 2 teeth pulled in anticipation of implants some day.
