Fun, short, and surprisingly rain-free hash last night. Given the amount of rain that dumped on Lawn Cut Dong as he laid trail I think he did a decent job. Some people got soaked after the hash, however. Pays your money, takes your chances.

Tuesday Tale of the Tape: 212.4 pounds (+1.4 from last week’s weigh-in) and I feared it would be worse.

It was raining at times on the way home, and sprinkled a bit while we were over seeing Biff (before Debbie took off for the week to Ft. Meyers.), but last night it poured down… I didn’t wake up enough to look at the clock, but it was sometime after midnight. Really hard, but I don’t think much wind, as there was little debris on the drive.

Apparently, I forgot Debbie was gone the rest of the week. It just adds a bit of time in the morning- get up, let dogs out, feed horses, shower, dress, corral dogs, free horses.
Maybe 10 minutes, as long as the dogs behave.

We’re not sure Biff will respect the wire-rope fence, as he’s only used to board fence. Might have to light it up until he gets the idea.

  2. Huh, listening to last week’s “Milk Street Radio” podcast and one of the callers was “Fiddler” from Atlanta who says she calls herself this because she fiddles on the Atlanta Beltline. I obviously need to get out more…

    • ITP Lurker says:

Oh, I’ve seen her a couple of times. She plays her fiddle as she walks her dog. I’m pretty sure that she also plays sometimes at the Grant Park Farmer’s Market.

    nothing exciting going on –
    rain is killing my allergies.

if we get crazy tonight – may go to spin class.

Wed night we are going to a wine tasting at Sherlock’s Buckhead (near the OK Café somewhere). Leslie has some good wines to taste – and its a complimentary tasting.
    Anyone want to join us?

Paulie, did you see the food sponsors for Bo Bikes Bama?
Chicken Salad Chick & Newk’s are 2 of them, those 2 might convince me it’s worth the price!
