Was it a good show?
We went out for dinner with TJ & Mary – TJs birthday – he’s 70 something, I’m not sure how old.
We went to a newer place near us -they have a free happy hour food buffet that was pretty good, egg rolls, chicken fingers & brisket nacho fixings. We just may have to go back for free dinner some night.
It was my first time hearing him perform so I have nothing against which to compare. Steve has heard him many times, so he can give an opinion. Saying that, I enjoyed it a lot.
Alastair and Natalie were as good as always. I’d have preferred a bit more Scottish, as the other Northern European tunes seem a bit less lively and melodic, but all in all a good show. I did get a chance to mention to him we’d love to have them back at the Games for the 50th in a few (4) years and he seemed open and interested.
Wandering around Decatur before meeting for a libation, I noticed a lot less retail and more restaurants. There used to be a few antique shops, a kitchen place and some others, but just a few left now. Wonder if Wally World on N. Decatur had anything to do with that?

And 3 times in 10 days! Wow…
