  1. Didn’t do my diet any favors by stopping at Revolution Donuts for a couple of one-year anniversary at “XYZ Corp” celebratory donuts. I was going to buy a couple dozen for the office, but then changed my mind. #cheapskate To be fair, someone brought in fancy donuts a few weeks ago, and most people in my meeting passed on them.

I’ll eat a meager lunch, and work out tonight on my last free Tuesday night before German classes start again next week.

There is so much going on at once in this picture:

Zoom in on it to get the full effect.

Mac had colic last night. The vet came and did some unspeakable things that I have witnessed before, but are still not a lot of fun- (send me a note if you want the grizzly details). Debbie was on “poop watch” and finally had success around 3AM. She said he was ready for breakfast this morning, which is a good sign.

Off to a Games meeting tonight. 6 months away… time marches on.

I feel I have such a boring life right now, but its really because of the damn pollen & my allergies to everything blooming this time of year.
    I’m just so tired.

  5. Debbie Brady says:

Eh, I guess you accept the bad with the good. I can’t imagine life without pets. I think I’d be even more mental! 🤤

Now kids are a different kettle of fish altogether…

    • Barb says:

I’m just too selfish – I like to go when I want to go, and not have to be worried about getting a pet sitter. Or you know, that sort of thing……..
      Maybe someday……..

      • Steve says:

Well, it’s just a matter of getting used to taking them into consideration (the pets, not the kids). I never had them as a kid, and I really wouldn’t know what I’d do without them now. Debbie and I both would be a new kind of crazy.
