Busy day in my world yesterday. Unfortunately talked myself out of a trainer ride this morning.

    I’ve been riding a hard half hour most evenings- about all my brain can handle. It was 45 in the man cave one day last week. I’ve finally broken out the space heater.

    Met a very flustered older lady in the MARTA lot yesterday. She flagged me down and asked directions to the airport. I started to direct her when her eyes just glazed over, “Oh, I don’t know if I can do it, I don’t like driving in Atlanta traffic”. Clearly, she had had enough at that point. Her phone rings and its the grandkids (maybe great grand kids). I speak to them and explain how to get to MARTA and go 1 stop. I explain to grandma where to go to meet the kids and her eyes glaze again. I hop in and we ride back up the hill to the station and I tell her the kids should come out right there at the faregates. “Merry Christmas grandma” and walked back to my car. The good news is she wasn’t still sitting there this morning.

    I think we need to bowl on a Tuesday at the AMF lanes on Cobb Pkwy. $2.22 a game, $2.22 for shoes, and most important – $2.22 for PBR!

    The bowling websites don’t seem to list their prices anywhere.
    So – either bowling alley will work Friday night. They seem to have the same owner, but no idea if the prices are the same.
    About the same distance from Tasty China.

    What time are we thinking?

      I am free all day, “XYZ Corp” is closed for business this Friday. Name a time and I will be there.

    I don’t know if they will break us out of here early. Debbie has sent regrets as she has to be up early Saturday morning to hunt. 6 at TC?

    Positive: I went for a short run and then a walk a lunch today.
    Negative: I ate two pieces of chocolate at work. I have to admit, they were amazing however.

    Trying to figure out how to lose this bulge of fat that makes my pants tight.
