Apparently I wasn’t the only person on my street to lose internet access on Monday, two AT&T trucks arrived at nearly the same time yesterday. They were none-to-pleased when I informed them about the fallen tree that took out power lines last week. After an initial diagnosis that I’d have no internet for at least another day because they’d have to repair the lines the technicians consulted and were able to get both houses up and running again last night. As an added bonus AT&T even upgraded my U-Verse modem! WEEEEE!
Work life is still super busy as I attempt to fix the things that are broken. I’ve already had a touch of success this morning so I will sacrifice the blog (a-gain) to put forth an effort to correct my code.

Small victories.
I went running at lunch yesterday- while the temp was fine, I just had nothing in my legs and cut it short at 20 minutes. I guess my ride Saturday is still affecting me.
Games meeting last nigt- looks like it will happen and we seem to be ready, which is a good thing.

Had dinner with the in-laws last night at a place called Moxie Burger in East Cobb. My burger had bacon, pimento cheese & a fried green tomato. Not bad at all.
Trying to figure out what to do this weekend, the past many years we’ve been out of town.
There’s a part of me that’s sad that I didn’t sign up for Colorado Invihash, even though that has seem to run its course.
Friday night I’ll be headed to Theatrical Outfit.
Saturday night I’ll be headed to Center Stage to see/hear Polyphonic Spree.
SHappens have been giving me crap about CO ever since he got back from Brussels.
Next year Labor Day is Portland, so we will go out for at least a few days before to do some serious wine tasting……..
I’ve signed up for Portland too. Hotel room reservations open in September, I have a reminder set to make sure I sign up for a room asap.
