Who you calling a ho? Certainly not me… (unfortunately)
Today’s Daily Challenge
Lie on your side, raise your upper body and top leg, repeat three times, and switch sides.
This challenge will be more comfortable if you do it on a carpeted floor, towel, or mat. Lie on your right side with your legs straight and stacked one on top of the other. Put your right elbow on the floor and use your right hand to support your head. Put your left palm on the floor in front of your chest. Use your left hand to push up off the floor, and raise your upper body (including your head and right arm) as you raise your left leg as high as you can. Return to the start position and repeat three times. Switch position so you’re lying on your left side, and repeat four times.
Might be the only exercise I get before Wednesday.
Taking What They’re Giving Because I’m Working For A Living
I worked Saturday and Sunday, and sadly I’m not a hell of a lot closer to getting my demo app done than I was on Friday.
I managed to sprinkle a little fun in hanging with my boss and one his aquarium friends on Saturday afternoon-into-evening and then a trip to Fox Bros BBQ for early-bird dinner yesterday, but other than that I’ve been either thinking about code or writing code. Pity I haven’t built the skill set to do some quality networking while in Austin, Texas this week.
Green With Envy?
I bought myself a new fancy iPhone 5c on Saturday, the green one. Yep, I know, it’s not the manliest thing I’ve done recently but all other attempts at making myself more desirable by the female sex have failed so why not.
I sprung for the 16GB unlocked phone in hopes that it’ll be re-sellable when Apple announces the iPhone 6 later this year. I have an offer for my old, decrepit, iPhone 5 from Gazelle; they ware willing to give me $85, but first I have to go through the hassle of unlocking it with AT&T. Meh, for that little money I might just hang onto it and make an alarm clock out of it.
Okay, Super Busy So I Need To Go
And how was your weekend?

So, what’s really the difference between the C & the S? (besides the price). I was looking at my account with Verizon & I’m “due” for an upgrade, and I’m wondering if I even need the S. its $100 more. I know I don’t use my phone to any extent of its capabilities.
the weekend – Allan worked all weekend, so we managed to throw together a little girls afternoon at Martha’s new & improved house. That turned into a evening at Caramba, since we had been snacking & eating all afternoon, it just seemed appropriate that we all go to dinner. (lol)
Sunday I was fairly lazy – went to Home Depot to get some lettuce plants & snow pea seeds, then decided to go to TJ Maxx & Marshalls (I’m bored with most of my clothes). Spent some money, but not a ton, so I did ok.
My 12 year old neice also has the green iPhone5c…so you’ve got that going for you.
Saturday was a hoot! What a great group of ladies (and Jenka) to spend the afternoon with…I thought I was going to fall asleep at Caramba’s.
Yesterday I hit the gym, the grocery store, and my stat book. We also managed to walked the dogs. The weather was strange, it was freezing one minute then I was burning up…pretty much depended on how much the wind was blowing.
Good Morning all from the farm. Recovery continues. Pippi posted on (that social media site someone doesn’t participate in) about Cipro being an evil drug- since I’m taking it, I looked into it a bit. If you aren’t having symptoms, don’t look, as you’re liable to start having something since the list was so long.
Saturday, Debbie wasn’t feeling too hot (I told her that hospital was full of sick people) but she did rally and we attended the “We fooled them again” party for the Games. This is a celebration of a successful year, with a few comical awards handed out by my partner in crime on the field and myself. We did recognize the gentleman we took our jobs from for his many years of service and dubbed him “Director of Grounds- Emeritus”.
Sunday, while Debbie mowed, I loaded miscellaneous crap onto the trailer to deliver to the dump. I’m sure the first of several loads. Today there will be mulching!!
Still taking it easy.

The 5c is really a 5 with a pretty case. The 5s is the one with the motion chip, fingerprint scanner etc. I probably should have forked over the extra $100 for the 5s, but for some reason I chose not to do so.
Also this weekend I discovered I have a weakness for Jelly Belly.
And also also, I’m fighting something that I need to be gone by tomorrow night.
HAH, Martha! Good one! Yeah, that was loads of fun on Saturday, definitely the highlight of my weekend. Sunday was rough, though. Heh.
Baseball opening day today! So excited.
Baseball season already underway? Seems odd to me…
