Today marks the six-year anniversary of my first post to this blog. To celebrate I got extremely ill last night, had shakes, broke a fever by sleeping under a blanket and a comforter in a 68-degree house, and woke up with a sore throat.
I finally made it in to the office at 9:00am with company Big Wigs on the way to our office. And now you know why, though I’d love to pontificate about life, I’m cutting today’s blog short.
Until we meet again…
Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]
Happy Birthday ITP!! I look forward to reading your blog everyday, and making my snarky or clever comments, or just being a voyeur. Long may you wave…
And I hope you feel better…

Thanks Steve.
I’m feeling well enough to be in public, though I’m not exactly sure that I should be.
I was hoping to give my review of “Sammy & Me” of which I saw half of last night at the Hertz Stage of the Alliance Theatre. Perhaps I shall on Monday.
Sorry you are feeling ill – I think painting a garage floor tomorrow will cure you – feel free to come over 😉
(Steve – thanks for giving me the idea to make a snarky comment)
Actually – it probably isn’t really a job for a bunch of people, Allan will probably do most of it himself, so I won’t be able to mess it up.
Like YOU need MY suggestion for making snarky comments!
Considering the complexity of the floor sealing, the fewer volunteers, the better.
I have an idea for painting the floor of my man-cave.. I’ll see how yours turns out and go from there.
We also have decided to stain – not paint – stain doesn’t chip. Still going to be a pain in the butt I’m sure.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ITP! I hope to see your owner soon (and healthy!). When blogs get to be 6-years-old, they’re old enough for their parents to drink on their behalf, right?
Six blog years has to be greater than twenty-one human years so I’m certain that I can drink for it. Now I just to get my forty-five human year body healthy again.
Just found a review of “Sammy & Me” in the AJC (AccessAtlanta)

It sums up my feelings well. I’ll add that because I wasn’t feeling great and super tired that I left at the play’s intermission.
