CD Picking
Unlike recent weeks I actually know some of the bands releasing CDs today. According to the list shown at Metacritic the obvious choice would appear to be Sonic Youth. Truth be told, I was never that big of a Sonic Youth fan back in the day, so I am going to go another direction today.
Today I am going to steer you toward the (US) release of “News And Tributes” by The Futureheads. The Futureheads are one of the many bands I am looking forward to seeing/hearing up in Chicago next month at the Pitchfork Music Festival. As the date grows nearer I am getting more excited about this trip.
